STEP 1: Accepting the ProposalAfter the Discovery phone call - Studio Magic will send over a Scope of Work with a price quote. If the Scope of Work is agreed upon, we will send over the starting invoice of 50% down to start and hold the calendar for our project.
-
STEP 2: Filling out the ContentStudio Magic opens a shared folder on Google Drive. This folder will contain a Starting Document of important business questions and a designated folder for website material. The client delivers website content: Copy, Photos, Video, and Graphics. All content before the start of the project begins. Otherwise, new and added material may not be considered as part of the original scope of work.
-
STEP 3: We work our Magic!Studio Magic works our magic. We will use our expertise to structure a high-quality website. If content delivered by the client is missing photos or graphics, Studio Magic may choose what they feel is best to deliver a proper design. These photos and graphics are sourced from Studio Magic’s database.
-
STEP 4: First Website Reveal!Studio Magic delivers back the First Website Reveal. The client reviews the site and compiles a list of changes. Here is a great place to see what is missing or needs rearrangement. This is the first of the two revisions offered on the site. The First Website Reveal is to address anything structurally about the website that you want to change. It's a good time to look at text, color, and photos. If Studio Magic chose stock photos for the layout - all stock photos can be changed after the training session. The client sends back changes in a clear and concise checklist. *Best practices is to start at the top of the a page and work from top to bottom. Studio Magic will not sort through email and/or Text chains to find design request changes.
-
STEP 5: Revisions madeWe carefully go through all of the revisions offered from the first line of revisions. We make all changes and send the site back for a Final Review.
-
STEP 6: Fine TuningFinal Site Reveal is given. We will go through the site to look on fine-tuning any little things missed. There are not more structural changes offered after the First List of Revisions. This final revision checklist is to "dot the i's and cross the t's". Some text and photo changes may be reserved training material during the screen share session. If no more changes are needed... we set up a time for transfer and screen share training.
-
STEP 7: Transfer, Training & Going Live! That's it! We've reached the finish line for the design and we begin the process of getting your new website online. This is when the final invoice is sent. The final invoice is connected to the Transfer Link that is provided by Wix to put ownership of your site into your account.
