Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our exclusive Wix Studio Extravaganza special. To ensure a seamless booking process, please carefully review and adhere to the following policies: Limited Availability: There are only 10 slots available for the one-time Wix Studio Extravaganza special. Qualification Criteria: → Clients must currently have a live Wix Classic Editor website. → The client's website must consist of 4-5 pages. → This special is applicable only to websites in need of a layout redesign without adding new material. Discount Conditions: → The discounted rate of $999 is offered in exchange for the client's willingness to let Studio Magic use design discretion for the redesign. Your site will match the tone of your business! Nothing crazy, promise. →The redesigned site will be used to build our exclusive Wix Studio portfolio. Payment Terms: → The payment when booking is considered a non-refundable 50% down payment to secure the client's spot on the calendar between January - March 2024 → The remaining 50% of the total fee is due at the time of transferring ownership. Booking Process: Design sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Design sessions will commence in January and continue until all 10 slots are filled. Project Timeline: The Wix Studio Extravaganza projects are scheduled to be completed by the end of March. Client's Design Discretion: Rescheduling and Cancellation: Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability. Cancellation of a booked slot will result in forfeiture of the 50% down payment. Communication: Effective communication is crucial for a successful project. Clients are encouraged to respond promptly to queries and provide necessary materials. Project Scope: The special covers a redesign of the website layout only. Additional services or content creation beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing access to their Wix Classic Editor website and any other necessary information. Client agrees to the increase of the Wix hosting charges should there be an increase for upgrading to Wix Studio. By booking the Wix Studio Extravaganza, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
