campaign coaching:
Want help building it yourself?
You have something worth sharing. Let’s figure out how.
You know your business. You care about the work. But when it’s time to talk about it, you’re not always sure where to start.
What should you post? What photos do you need? What belongs in an email? How do you introduce yourself to people who haven’t heard of you yet?
Campaign Coaching helps you work through those questions.
Together, we’ll look at what you already have, identify what’s missing, and organize your next steps so you can move forward with a clearer plan.

You may have more to work with than you think.
Let's find the starting point
Photos sitting on your phone. A question customers ask every week. A service people don’t realize you offer. A story that explains why you started.
Those are all starting points.
Sometimes you need help recognizing what’s useful. Sometimes you need better material: photos that show your work, a clear service description, or a short video answering a question people keep asking.
We’ll look at your business together and figure out what would give you something meaningful to share.
Leave knowing what to work on next.
What we do together
Your first session includes a written action plan shaped around your business and the priorities we identify together.
It will bring together:
-
The goal and audience we’re focusing on
-
Useful assets you already have
-
A checklist of material to create or improve
-
Campaign topics and message direction
-
Launch requirements and next steps
-
Relevant outreach or networking ideas
-
A reusable campaign brief to organize future ideas
The plan reflects where you are now, whether you’re preparing a specific launch or building the foundations for more consistent marketing.

Here’s how we’ll work together.

Before we meet
I get to know your purpose.
You’ll complete a questionnaire and share your website, social channels, available marketing material, and what you’re hoping to accomplish.
I’ll review those materials before our session so we can use our time together thoughtfully.

During your session
We build a clear plan.
We’ll meet on Zoom for two hours to explore your goals, review the opportunities, and work through your priorities.
You can ask questions, share ideas, and get direct feedback. We’ll focus on a practical approach that fits your experience, resources, and available time.

Afterward
Give your digital efforts a direction.
You’ll receive your written action plan and checklists to guide your next steps.
You put the plan into practice. When you want another perspective, you can book a follow-up session.
Meet your coach.
I’m Keri, the founder of Studio Magic and a System Strategist based in Oklahoma City, working with business owners across the United States.
Since building my first website in 2016, I’ve helped business owners think through how their content, websites, and digital tools fit together.
I’m naturally drawn to the questions that sit underneath an idea.
What do people need to understand? What’s missing? Where will this send them? What needs to happen before you’re ready to share it?
Campaign Coaching gives us focused time to work through those questions for your business.

Do I need to have a campaign idea already?
✔️ No
You can arrive with a specific launch in mind or a broader question about how to market your business.
We’ll use your goals and current situation to decide where the session should focus.
What if I don’t have many photos, videos, or other materials?
✔️ That’s a useful place to start.
We’ll identify what would help you communicate your business and create a practical checklist. That could include photos of your work, short videos, clearer service descriptions, or answers to customer questions.
You don’t need a finished collection of marketing material before booking.
Can you help me use the tools I already have?
✔️ Yes. We can discuss how your existing design, email, website, and AI tools could support your plan.
Practical coaching will focus on the workflow we agree to cover. Let me know what you use and where you’re getting stuck before the session.
Does this include creating or publishing content?
✔️ The session includes guidance, planning, and feedback.
You’ll be responsible for creating, approving, and publishing your marketing material.
We’ll make those responsibilities easier to approach by identifying what you need and breaking the work into clear next steps.
Can we talk about SEO and AI search visibility?
✔️ Yes. We can explore customer questions, content topics, and how clearly your website explains your services and experience.
This is strategic guidance. Technical audits, website implementation, and ongoing search monitoring are outside the coaching session. Other coaching sessions can be booked to look specifically at your search optimization efforts.
Can you help me build local awareness?
✔️ Yes.
We can discuss ways to connect with people in your area, including networking events, business groups, potential partnerships, podcast appearances, and referrals.
The session helps you identify possible opportunities and how to approach them. Outreach, introductions, and securing placements remain your responsibility.
Why does the first session cost more?
✔️ Yes.
The first session includes substantial preparation before we meet, a longer conversation, and a written action plan afterward.
Returning sessions build on that foundation. The $350 rate covers one hour of live coaching, with no additional work outside the meeting.
Do I have to commit to ongoing coaching?
✔️ No. Sessions are booked one at a time.
Use your first session to establish direction, then return whenever you have progress to review or another question to work through.
