The Hour:
Together on Zoom

Bring us the problem.
We have an hour.

Wix support, website guidance, and digital strategy

A website question. An automation that won’t cooperate. A tool you can’t make work. An idea you need help thinking through.

We’ll use the time to work through it together, make hands-on fixes where possible, and clarify what needs to happen next.

What we work through

When you need clarity.

Maybe you’re trying to connect a Wix form to the right follow-up email. Your CMS content isn’t displaying the way you expected. You need help organizing a page, understanding a feature, or deciding how to approach something before spending more time on it.

You might want someone to explain the process while you work through it. Or you might prefer to show me the problem and have me get hands-on.

The Hour gives us focused time for a specific need, with room for both practical help and strategic thinking.

Digital design showcase across desktop, laptop, and mobile

Bring the thing that has you stuck.

When you need the experience people see and use.

Tell me what you’re trying to accomplish, what’s happening now, and anything you’ve already tried. A relevant page link, screenshot, or example can help explain the situation.

We’ll focus on the most useful work we can accomplish within the hour. If the problem needs a larger investigation or build, I’ll explain what I’ve found and what I recommend next.

Words from clients

"Keri was great! Super helpful and communicative. I was clueless on what to do with my site and taught me how to manage it and put in her design input."

A few things you might be wondering

Have another question for how to work with Studio Magic?

Can you fix something during the session?

✔️ Absolutely!

Yes, when the issue, access, and available time allow it. That might mean adjusting a setting, improving a page, correcting a CMS connection, or working through an automation.

Some problems need more investigation or development. The hour can still help identify the issue and establish the next step, but it isn’t a guarantee that every problem can be resolved in one session.

Is this only for Wix?

✔️ Most of the time, yes. There are thousands of digital platforms on the internet.

Wix is my primary platform for hands-on website support. We can also use the time for broader questions about digital strategy, content, workflows, or choosing and connecting tools.

If your question involves another platform, tell me what you’re using so I can assess whether I’m the right person to help.

Can you show me how to do it myself?

✔️ Yes. If your website is built on Wix Studio or Wix Harmony, we can work through how to manage it yourself. Wix gives you tools to update your content and manage website features without needing a developer for every change.

Our hour takes place over Zoom with screen sharing, so you can watch as I work through the task or troubleshoot the issue. I’ll explain what I’m doing and why, with room for you to ask questions.

If you’re using another platform, it depends on how your website was built and what access it provides. Some changes may require a developer. If it supports self-management and the task is within my expertise, I’m happy to show you how it’s done.

We can use the hour to walk through a specific task, understand how a feature works, or help you feel more comfortable managing your website.

Should I choose The Hour or The Diagnositc?

✔️ The Hour is a useful starting point when you have a specific question or task.

The Diagnostic is better suited to examining a broader situation, especially when several things feel disconnected and you need help deciding what deserves attention first.

What if it takes longer than it should?

✔️ Before our call, you’ll submit a work order outlining what you’d like help with. That gives me time to review your requests, organize our meeting, and identify where we should start.

We’ll aim to work through everything on your list within the hour, but I can’t guarantee we’ll finish every item. If the list looks too long for one session, I’ll let you know by email before we meet so we can agree on priorities and set realistic expectations.

If we’re approaching the end of the hour and there’s more to do, I’ll ask whether you’d like to book another hour or feel comfortable taking over from where we leave off. Any additional time will be agreed before we continue and will depend on availability.

You’ll know what we’ve covered, what still needs attention, and what your options are for moving forward.

Let's work through it.

Bring the website task, stubborn issue, or question that’s taking up too much of your time. We’ll spend an hour working through it together, making progress where we can and clarifying what needs to happen next.
